I’m really excited to let you know that lenticular animated TV Pin sets are now available! This “Industrial Copper” set features a special copper finish and animated screen overlays of eight different moments from the films “Metropolis” and “Nosferatu”. The durable lenticular stickers are translucent, so that the glow from the TV pin illuminates the animation. They are also compatible with the Original Edition TV Pin and other versions of the TV pin.

The Animated Stickers are also available as a set with the Original Edition TV Pin or as a stand-alone sheet.

Thank you for being a supporter of my work! If you’re interested in the these special animated sticker and pin sets, they are available to you at a 20% discount with code “TV20” at checkout.

Hello, dear supporters. Just dropping a line to let you know that the manufacture has shipped the remaining materials to me and they are due to arrive at my studion on Wednesday, June 13th. I plan to package up all of the outstanding orders and put them in the mail immediately thereafter. Pardon the delay to those still waiting on pins, but I wanted them to be perfect.

I've been continuing to work with phosphorescent pigments and resin at my home studio. I had been working on a woodgrain version of the TV pin and I got an odd batch from the pin manufacturer. They were sort of half-finished and needed a better glow for the screen and a resin finish. As it turns out, I have all of that stuff from my recent experiments, so I decided to make some custom-made Deluxe Woodgrain editions with permenently embedded stickers under a layer of resin. With the new hand-mixed glow and UV resin top, they look pretty great. Since I'm making them one-at-a-time, they take longer but I can experiment with different glow colors. If you want to see the latest batch, go to https://www.tvpin.tv/category/limited-edition

Thanks again for your support and your patience. Have a great weekend.

Hello, friendly pin supporters. Thanks again for making this campaign a success. I've been shipping out lots of TV pins and it's been fun to see photos of the pins out in the wild. If you're still waiting on your order, it could be because of a delay in supplies that make the Special Edition pin possible. I overestimated how much materials I had on-hand, so I'm waiting for a supplier to ship new things so that I can fill the remaining orders. It shouldn't be more than a couple of weeks before everyone has their reserved pins/patches/etc., but I just wanted to give you a heads-up about it.

In the meantime, I've been experimenting with different glow materials as research and development for future glow-in-the-dark projects.

I also made a tiny working TV based on the pin design, using a mini TFT display from Adafruit.

Thanks again, and I hope you have a great week.

Boxes of pins

Hello, Indiegogo supporters! I'm in the process of packaging up and shipping out everyone's orders. I'm doing this from my home studio in it's happening in waves, so if you didn't get yours this week, don't worry. I'm trying to get them all out before the end of October, so you have them by Halloween.

If you haven't completed a "survey" email with Backerkit, please search your email for a message from them regarding your order. It's just a simple confirmation email but it will really help me to process your order. From there, you can also add on items (like the Special Edition pin) or change your shipping address. If you didn't get an email for some reason, try going to this address to retrieve your link:

Thanks again for your support! I hope you have a relaxing weekend.
